Alquimista Montevideo has six unique rooms, three in the main house and three in the garden. The garden rooms are at the back of the property, ideally located near the pool.
The rooms in the main house are connected by lift and stairs. On the way up through the stairs one passes stained glass windows by acclaimed artist Marchetti.
All our rooms have:
Light, space, this the primary room in the house, which would have been the owner´s room
It has lots of light and space, nice garden views, high ceilings, large doors and bigger windows. The room and bathroom are furnished in the 1920’s style, with a restored bed which used to belong to a Uruguayan president.

Almost called “the cottage”, this a self contained house behind the orchard at the back of the garden. It has its own kitchen and living room and is appropriate for longer stays in Montevideo. It has a connecting door with “Picaflor”, if an extra room is required for family or friends.

Situated behind the pool, it has direct access to the garden and pool. Perfect for sitting outside on a nice day, or for protection from the sun on a hot day. The room is organized to work with two singles or joined as a double.

The most private of rooms, close to the pool. The bed can be separated in two if required. Perfect for couples and travelling friends.
